Well it is already the middle of November which means that it is about a month since you last received the smarti® newsletter. Well we have been really busy this past month; we were preparing a new smarti® update and everything that goes with it updating user guides and help files. The update will be available soon and you can read more about it in the article below.

Press centre updated
For all of the journalists out there we have updated the Press releases in the For the journalists section of our Press Centre. You will find three new press releases and a few new pictures.
And for all of you who wish to see what the different media write about the smarti® system please visit the smarti® in the media section of our Press Centre where you will be able to browse through and download all of the articles about the smarti® system in digital format.
Both section of the Press Centre are regularly being updated with the newest materials so please feel free to visit them on a regular basis.
smarti® update available soon
We have been working hard on a new smarti® update and we are now in the process of testing it. We have decided to give you a taste of some of the new functionalities which will be available soon.
For time & attendance the system will now be able to automatically punish people which arrive to work late or leave their work place early, with a deduction of a predefined number of working hours or with a deduction of the missed time multiplied by a predefined multiplier.
For access control we have developed a schedule with which you can define at which times of the day biometric recognition is demanded for gaining access and at which times of the day recognition with only PIN codes or external readers is enough to gain access.
We will write more about the new update once it is released in our monthly newsletter and in the news section of our web page.

The use of the smarti® system offers many potential benefits for the Condominium development projects which are detailed below:
Maintain the current selling price
Not all the units have been sold. Rather than reducing the selling price of the units to clear them, it would be more cost effective to retain the price but offer many new benefits to the potential owners. It may also be possible to upgrade the existing owners with the new benefits.
More features to sell
The additional features available would make the sales more attractive as there are many new benefits, not just for the current project but for future developments as well.
